Opportunity to Join the NMTI Family as a Master Franchisee
NMTI (National Montessori Teacher’s Training Institute) is offering a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial individuals or businesses to become Master Franchisees. This proposal outlines the benefits, requirements, and financial details of becoming a Master Franchisee with NMTI.
Authorization and Responsibilities
- Recruiting and supporting new franchisees.
- Ensuring all franchises adhere to NMTI's standards and operational guidelines.
- Facilitating training and development programs for franchisees.
Revenue Sharing
- Franchise Fee Revenue : 50% of the franchise fee collected from new franchisees within the dedicated territory.
- Other Revenue : 50% of other revenues generated by the franchises, excluding material costs.
Master Franchise Term
- The master franchise agreement will be valid for 5 years.
- Renewal Fee: The agreement is subject to renewal at an annual fee of ₹25,000/- per annum or the other amount changes done by the NMT.
